Back of house! He’s most comfortable behind the scenes and is the person looking after the nuts and bolts of the business.

Front of house! If Will is all about numbers, Anna is all about words. Going to an event? She’ll be on the panel. Visiting a show? She’ll say Hi first! Reading an article? Chances are, Anna wrote it.

Digital Marketing

Celia is the genius behind the “Caffeinated Duo,” managing digital advertising and creating brilliant ads that attract new customers daily. While her ads can lead to unexpected spikes in sales that challenge the ops team, we consider that a good problem to have!

MISHA

Customer Care

That pop-up you saw when visiting our site? Misha is behind it answering skincare questions, matching products, and offering one-on-one video consultations. She ensures that our UpCirclers have all they need!

GIULIA

Head of Content

Giulia is the personification of creativity. No matter how whacky the request, we can rely on Giulia to bring our ideas to life. She makes ads, socials content, does product photography - everything visual!

Supply chain + Ops

Operations may seem simple - stock in, stock out - but it’s far more complex. Managing ingredients, packaging, manufacturing, and equipment requires precise timing and coordination. With varied lead times and locations, V is the organisational wizard we need.

RICARDO

Warehouse

We ship UpCircle products worldwide, reaching major retailers across the UK, Europe, America, Canada and Australia. Getting our products into people’s hands is our top priority. Ricardo works closely with our ops team to make sure our stock is where it needs to be.

CLARA

New Product Development

Every product has a unique sourcing story. Clara is our matchmaker, finding the perfect upcycled ingredients to fit each product’s needs. Always two years ahead, making sure we deliver amazing innovations.

KATY

Sales Manager

Katy has attended trade shows on behalf of UpCircle across the UK and abroad. She’s also set up retailer window displays and trained store staff far and wide on all things UpCircle!

HARRY

Finance

Harry monitors what’s going well, where we can improve, and gives the wider team the insights they need about where our money is being made and spent.

SOPH

Key Account Manager

Soph manages our key retail accounts, focusing on building relationships and tailoring our brand and marketing efforts for each retailer. She knows there’s no “one size fits all” in retail!

PEDRO

Warehouse

Pedro helps to keep the UpCircle warehouse running smoothly, carefully picking, packing, and dispatching orders worldwide. He also helps with boxing up sets, tester pots for retailers, and resolving customer care send outs.

SACHIN

Inventory + Demand Planner

Sachin keeps a vigilant eye on all our finished products stocked at all our 3pls around the globe. He handles forecasting and inventory, always ready to dash out some valuable data insights!

PHEEBS

Graphics + Illustration

Pheebs does a bit of everything but has a primary focus on graphics, illustrations and packaging, such as the design for new product packaging. We are so lucky to have our talented trio of Pheebs, Lena and Giulia as our content makers.

MIMI

Sales

Mimi has the task of convincing other types of establishments to spare some shelf space for us. Think garden centres, corporate offices, hotels, salons, spas, coffee shops and many more. No small task…

SIDNEY

Digital marketing

Sidney has a focus on digital marketing in the US, he creates ads that drive sales and gain us new customers and gathers influencer content too.

European Sales

V proactively seeks new opportunities for UpCircle to expand its reach across Europe. She's on the phone all the time switching from English, to French, to German - the list goes on!

AMBER

Ops Support

Amber processes global wholesale orders, specialising in smaller businesses and various portals that require a lot of attention to detail. Amber works closely with the sales & warehouse teams and all the 3pls.

LENA

Content

Lena is the third multi-talented member of the content team and she does a bit of everything - but has a particular focus on TikTok. She also has incredible photoshop skills!

NATALIE

Community

Natalie communicates with, and grows, our community – via socials, ad comments and marketing tasks, like newsletters and sending out new products to testers.

MEG

Customer Care

Alongside Misha, Meg looks after our customers – and feeds back the most commonly asked questions to our content team.

JACK

Warehouse

Jack helps to keep the UpCircle warehouse running smoothly, carefully picking, packing, and dispatching orders worldwide. Getting products from A to B safely is one of the most important things we do!

A'ISHA

Marketing Support

A'isha supports the marketing team on a variety of tasks, but has a specific focus on social media, influencer seeding and PR.

CONNIE

Sales Support

Connie assists the sales team with customer service, ops support & CRM management. If any of our stockists need point of sale, testers, or anything else - Connie is there to help!

ALAIN

Ops Support

Alain is behind the scenes processing global large customer wholesale orders, dealing with strict timeframes, chasing down shipments and logistics. Alain works closely with the sales & warehouse teams and all the 3pls.

MAYA + CLEO

Heads of Pawductivity

It's always a good day at the office when Maya and Cleo grace us with their presence. They love a team meeting, they love a team social, and they love to sneak their way into content.
