Sensitive Skin?

We always recommend doing a patch test when using any new product on your skin for the first time.
Returns
Once opened, we are unable to accept products for returns and refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new and in the original packaging. Before purchasing full sized products we would recommend trying our Pamper Kit. You can check out our full policy here.
Please email customercare@upcirclebeauty.com if you wish to return an item. We will provide a returns authorisation number and a returns form for you to complete. The returns form will have all the information required for you to make the return. Once we receive back your return you will receive a full refund for the item(s).
If it has been longer than 14 calendar days since delivery we will not be able to refund you, however please contact our customer care team to discover your options: customercare@upcirclebeauty.com
Only products purchased through upcirclebeauty.com may be returned to us. Products purchased through an authorised retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s policy.
Shipping You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs for it to resent or refunded.
Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
Address incomplete or inaccessible
Addressee gone away
Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned.
Any Other Issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue.
