Thank you for shopping at UpCircle! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.

Sensitive Skin?

If you're uncertain about going ahead with full size products, do not fear! We offer The Pamper Kit, our sample introductory pack, as a great way to trial the range and see which products work best for your skin. You can find the Pamper Kit here:

We always recommend doing a patch test when using any new product on your skin for the first time.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your products for any reason you have 14 calendar days (from delivery) to return them. Any items received back within this period will receive a full refund (minus a £3.99 restock fee). Please send returns to:

Please include a note with your order number, full name and email address in the parcel. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

Once received we will check out your returns and process a refund which will be in your account within 5 working days.

If it has been longer than 14 calendar days since delivery please contact our customer care team to find out your options:

Only products purchased through may be returned to us. Products purchased through an authorised retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s policy.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased through our return + refill scheme - if you have an issue with a return + refill product please contact our customer care team. 

Fine print:
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds. Products must be over ~75% full to receive a full refund. We will only accept product returns once per opened product.

What happens to returns? 
We have partnered with Toiletries Amnesty, donating all returned products to help relieve hygiene poverty. As a brand all about minimising waste it made sense for us to partner with Toiletries Amnesty to stop products going in the bin.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Non-Delivery Of Items

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:

  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • Addressee gone away
  • Parcel not called for

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £3.99 postage and handling fee in the UK. This is cover the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.

Any Other Issues

If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
