RETURN + REFILL Hand + Body Lotion

Return, Refill, Reuse

• Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your lotion bottle to be returned!
• Thoroughly wash and dry your empty lotion bottle using warm soapy water
• Pack your empties up ready to be posted- we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap the bottle(s)  carefully.
• After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label
• Print and attach this label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead
• Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the bottle using dry heat and refill your bottle with a fresh batch of lotion
• We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them
• Your refilled bottle will be returned to you to enjoy!

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of UK bank holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within one business day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from customercare@upcirclebeauty.com with tracking information.

 

EU: Shop our European site here. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Ireland. If you're based in the EU, you will not pay any additional taxes, duties or customs if you order from this site.

 

USA/Canada: Shop our US site here. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in New Jersey across the US and Canada. 

 

Anywhere else not listed above: Flat fee of £9.99 for a fully tracked service on all orders. Average transit time 3-5 working days.
