HOW TO USE

After shampooing take a small amount of product and warm between palms. Apply to the ends of the hair and leave on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

Is this Conditioner good for women going through menopause?

Yes, during menopause, hair can appear dull, be more prone to breakage, and some may experience hair thinning. Our Shampoo works to strengthen hair, and with the added rosemary oil, it helps support healthy hair growth. Our Conditioner contains sweet almond oil, shea butter, and olive derived emollients, which nourish and protect hair. These ingredients help improve hair strength, reducing breakage and split ends, while enhancing texture for smoother, shinier strands.

Is this Conditioner good for frizzy hair?

The plant protein blend in the conditioner has conditioning properties that help improve hair’s natural shine, leaving it looking healthier and more radiant, while also helping to minimise frizz, even in humid conditions.

Can you use this Conditioner on coloured hair?

Technically there's no such thing as colour-safe products as dyed hair strands are more porous because processed. However our shampoo is sulphate-free, which means it slows down the "fading" and it's milder than non-sulphate-free alternatives. Our Conditioner is also suitable for coloured treated hair.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your products for any reason you have 14 calendar days (from delivery) to return them. Any items received back within this period will receive a full refund.

When will I receive my order?

We offer 24 or 48 hour shipping options at checkout. Orders placed by 12pm are usually shipped same day. Need something urgently? Send an email to hello@upcirclebeauty.com once you've placed your order and we'll do our best to help!

Do you have a packaging return scheme?

For five years, we ran a successful packaging returns scheme for 99% of our range. Customers would purchase refills, send back their empty packaging using a Freepost label, and we’d sterilise and refill them at our London warehouse. Since launching the scheme in 2020, we’ve invested heavily in growing it: hiring dedicated staff, covering return shipping, offering 20% off all refills, and ensuring it was widely accessible and promoted. Refills quickly became a big part of our customer care (30% of all customer care enquiries related to refills) and community - and we’re proud of the impact it’s had. However, as the scheme grew, so did the challenges. Many returned jars arrived unclean, smashed, with no information, incorrect jars were sent, or were over-packaged using lots of plastic, making safe, timely and sustainable processing increasingly difficult. Being UK-based also limited our ability to scale the system internationally. That’s why we’re evolving. We’re currently developing a new at-home refill system using biodegradable, plastic-free pouches - suitable for our full product range. It’s taken time to get the material just right, but we're excited about a promising solution in testing now. While we’ve had to pause our existing scheme during a move to a new warehouse, we hope to launch our next-generation, global refill option early next year.
