DETAILS

Return, Refill, Reuse

Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your face serum bottle to be returned!
Thoroughly wash and dry your Serum bottle using warm soapy water
Remove your dropper and keep somewhere safe- we don't need this returned. Please also remove the plastic ring seal around the top of the serum bottle.
Pack your empties up ready to be posted- we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully.
After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label
Print and attach this label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead
Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the jars using dry heat and refill your jar with a fresh batch of face serum
Refilling happens on Thursdays so make sure your jars are back in time
Your refilled bottle will be returned to you to enjoy!

*Please note, if you are ordering new products as well as refills these will be sent when your refills are returned to you.

HOW TO USE

Apply a few drops to finger tips & massage into skin. Apply after moisturiser - as this serum is 100% oil based, it works through occlusion, locking in the hydration provided by the moisturiser by forming a protective seal over your skin.
