RETURN + REFILL Eye Cream with Hyaluronic Acid + Coffee

Return, Refill, Reuse

With our refill scheme you need to have empty UpCircle packaging to return to us. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be emailed all the information you need to return your empty packaging to us including the Freepost label.

• Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your eye cream jar to be returned!
• Thoroughly wash and dry your empty eye cream jar using warm soapy water
• Pack your empties up ready to be posted- we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully.
• After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label
• Print and attach this label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead
• Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the jars using dry heat and refill your jar with a fresh batch of eye cream  
• We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them
• Your refilled jar will be returned to you to enjoy!

Orders over £40

• Free with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days)
• £1.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days)
• £2.49 with DHL Tracked 24 (1-2 working days)

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of UK bank holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within one business day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hello@upcirclebeauty.com with tracking information.

EU: Shop our European site here. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Ireland. If you're based in the EU, you will not pay any additional taxes, duties or customs if you order from this site.

USA/Canada: Shop our US site here. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in New Jersey across the US and Canada. 

Anywhere else not listed above: Flat fee of £19.99 for a fully tracked service on all orders. Average transit time 3-5 working days.
