UpCircle Careers | Operations and New Product Support

UpCircle values a diverse workforce. Women, people of colour, people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community are strongly encouraged to apply. If there is anything we can to accommodate you to participate fully in the recruitment or interview process please let us know by emailing

We’re looking for someone with a passion for operations and logistics to help maintain and expand our innovative product range here at UpCircle. This role requires someone to be a highly organised point of contact for our manufacturers, formulators and packaging suppliers.

We're now shipping UpCircle products globally. We’re sending our range to big name retailers throughout the UK, Europe, America and Australia!
Getting our products into people’s hands is arguably the most important thing we do. Everything we work towards leads us to the point where our UpCirclers are in contact with the finished product – but the products don’t just land into people’s hands by magic!

As we grow, the movement of stock increases and the complexity of the overall operation does too. Your job will be to efficiently support the management of goods in and goods out. The role will require you to have a forward-thinking approach and overall understanding of inventory control and stock level management.

Planning products that are yet to launch is another big part of this role. We need someone to communicate what ingredients and products we would like to make next, what we are trying to achieve with them, and when each element will be needed in order to achieve our launch targets.

We'd like you to take charge of making our new product dreams a reality. This is a particularly unique process for a brand like ours. Once the new product concept is in place then it'll be over to you. Everything - liaising with our formulators, to approval and testing phase, to packaging research and development, to scheduling of all of the elements to our manufacturers - will be up to you!

This role offers you responsibility, autonomy, fast-paced startup action, enormous opportunity to learn and build your skillset as a valued member of our operations team. This role uniquely links product planning for the future with day to day operations happening in the present.

We’re looking for someone self motivated, energetic, adaptable and efficient. The role will require you to have a forward-thinking approach. For the brand more broadly, November and December are the busiest months and January the quietest. However, the busiest times for organising products that have not yet launched is the opposite. We need to have our Christmas product launches planned and have samples in our London warehouse by June. Your organisation at the start of the year could determine the success of our busy festive season.

We need someone who is confident to take the reins. We're a small team and each of us is fully responsible for our daily, weekly and monthly tasks. If you've got great ideas we want to hear them, and then we want to see you make them a reality.

Job role is available to start immediately.

We're looking for someone:

  • Highly organised and forward thinking
  • Efficient and meticulous
  • With a problem solving approach – willing to adapt to individual customers' needs. Someone with a “can do” attitude and willingness to make it happen, no matter what the request!
  • With great quality control and attention to detail – always aware of how the product is received by the customer

  • Taking new product plans from concept to fruition, researching packaging suppliers, negotiating prices, ordering samples and bringing all of the elements together in line with our launch schedule
  • Ordering product components, packaging, lids and boxes
  • Processing orders for smaller accounts
  • Responsible for wholesale customer service and post-shipment enquiries such as damages, tracking numbers, shortages etc.
  • Admin support, with active management and follow up of claims with our fulfilment partners and couriers
  • Adhering to individual packing requirements of retailers
  • Ordering warehouse equipment including flyers and trade show elements
  • Covering holiday for the other members of the ops team
