"Having studied the upcycling potential of organic by-products, they realized how much of an impact these could have if their nutrients, kept intact, were to be reused as active components for skin care.

One essential step however, was to ensure that the waste came from a sustainable background in the first place. for now, most of their efforts are focused on transforming new waste ingredients, such as flower petals discarded by florists and fruit waters — by-products from the juicing industry—, into the beauty potions of the future."
